What is the delivery time for orders?The delivery time of your order varies depending on the location of the manufacturer and the delivery address. In order to provide you with as much information as possible, you will find an estimated delivery date on each item page of our website. This date is valid for Germany and Austria, for all other European countries the estimated delivery date may be extended by 5 to 10 working days.
* If your area of residence is affected by adverse weather or other conditions, it is possible that your order may be delivered 2 to 3 working days later.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Depending on the size of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email which you will receive when we send the package. In some cases, due to the destination of the shipment or the size of it, this link will have to be requested by e-mail and we will send it to you as soon as the transport agency provides it.
Will the transport company call me before delivering the order?
We always ask the transport agency to call you to notify you of the delivery or to arrange a time when someone can receive the order. In most cases the agencies comply with this, but as it is a service that we do not provide, we cannot guarantee that this will be done 100% of the time.
What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered?
In these cases, the transport agency will leave a notice at your home address and will contact you to arrange another delivery date and time. If you receive your order after the indicated delivery time, please check the status of your order and notify us of any problems with the delivery.
What should I do when the order arrives?
When you receive the order, before signing the delivery note, check that it includes all the items you purchased and that their condition is correct. If this is not the case, do not take the order and contact us directly.
